Canadian National Wheat Improvement Program Research Summary
Research report showcases Canada’s wheat breeding success stories
The Canadian National Wheat Improvement Program (Wheat Cluster) is a five-year, $25-million initiative under the federal AgriInnovation Program that wrapped up in 2018. In total, the Wheat Cluster resulted in 50 research projects facilitated by 32 researchers across the country.
The Western Grains Research Foundation, administrators of the Wheat Cluster, engaged Synthesis to develop a report to summarize the results of the initiative.
The 52-page report titled “The Harvest” features copy and photos that showcase the many projects and people who helped make the Wheat Cluster so successful. Design elements help to amplify the research results in an easy-to-read format.
